I run classes from my home in the New Forest. There may also be the opportunity of running sessions via Microsoft Teams - please ask for details.
Meditation SessionsDuring these monthly guided Meditation sessions we study and meditate
with a different crystal/angel/topic each month.
These cost £12 per session. For Crystal and Angel Meditation sessions, you will be given the crystal that
you meditate with and a handout.
I also run bespoke meditation sessions for individuals and small groups
run at mutually acceptable times. I can tailor these sessions for
specific requirements e.g. spiritual development/angel/crystal/dragon
meditations or to help with relaxation, anxiety, depression, moving forward in
your life etc.

either before or just after Christmas so if you would like to spend a day
finding out about the dragons and how you can work with them in your everyday

Diploma Courses
I run an Indian Head Massage Diploma Course that is a Complementary Medical Association (CMA) approved course. The next start date for this 25 hour course is likely to be in the New Year. I also run a Crystal Healing Diploma Course that is Complementary Medical Association (CMA) approved, so if you would like information about this 90 hour course, please do get in touch. Again, I am looking to start a new intake in the near future.

I have written a Crystals for Facials Diploma Course. This 8 hour course is for therapists with a facial qualification and covers the theoretical and practical information on how crystals can be used in a facial session.
I am currently teaching ing this on Microsoft Teams.
I also offer sessions of Healing, Crystal Healing, Indian Head Massage & Meditation as well as selling crystals and my meditation CD’s (which can be sent mail order). I have even done a meditation session via Skype!

I have been guided to offer Distant Healing & Intuitive Reading sessions. This consist of a distant healing session, arranged at a mutually accepted time. You will also get a reading (either by phoning me, or by email or post) and this will be related to the healing session and any of the following that is relevant for you - crystals, angels, affirmations, oracle card etc. You will also be distantly placed in a grid of crystals. Costs £40.
If you would prefer just to have a Distant Healing session (without the reading) these are available for £30 a session.
Body in Balance Days
This is a one-to-one day tailor-made to your needs and you will have the choice of:-
Healing/Crystal Healing Session, which can work on a range of conditions - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
Or a relaxing holistic Indian Head Massage which can benefit condition affecting the head, neck and shoulders
After a healthy light lunch, you will be talked into a guided Meditation session tailored to what you would like to work on (health/well-being, spiritual, crystals, angels, work, relationships etc).
You will also have the opportunity to ask me any questions about crystals etc.
The cost of one of these tailor-made days is £75

I am finding more and more that groups of people are approaching me to run workshops for them, which is great! Over the past few years, I have run quite a few different workshops and am happy to run any of them for groups looking to further their knowledge. So if you have a group of friends (minimum of 6) that would like me to run a workshop for you in my home in the New Forest, please do get in touch. Brockenhurst can be easily accessed by car (approx. 8 miles from junction 1 of M27) or by train (direct from Reading & other stations). Why not make a short break of it and combine a session or workshop with me with a stay in the beautiful New Forest – there are several hotels and B&B’s within a couple of miles of me.
